Carey Lohrenz dreamed of flying fighter jets 30 years ago when she began Aviation Officer Candidate School although women were banned from flying jets in combat. She reasoned that by the time she finished the program, the ban would be lifted. It was and she was assigned to fly the F-14 Tomcat.
Today, as a motivational speaker she shares the key lessons she learned in the all-male environment of fighter aviation.
