“What is?” Jock asked, distracted.
“The sunset. Look at the colors. It reminds me of a painting.”
Jock didn’t answer.
“What’s the matter, Jock?”
“Nothing.”
“You’ve been moody ever since we left New York.”
“I haven’t been moody.”
“Yes, you have. Is it because I made you come to Miami?”
“You didn’t make me come.”
“I had to beg you to come. I shouldn’t have to beg my boyfriend to take a vacation with me.”
“Well, we’re here now, aren’t we?”
“Yes, but what kind of vacation are we going to have now?”
