Lately we have been adding radishes to our salads. They not only add color but they have these 5 health benefits:

 They are a good source of Vitamin C
 They have anticancer properties

 They help to reduce Zen effects

Zearalenone (zen) is a toxic fungus which invades many corn crops and animal feeds. Apparently, it has been implicated in reproductive disorders of farm animals in animals and humans, although the risk to humans is considered small.
