Whenever I tell people that I run a foraging business, they give me very strange looks. “Why did you choose to do that?” They’d ask.
I explain to them that it’s something I love to do and that there’s nothing more rewarding than foraging for berries in the woods and making wild berry syrup. That peaked their interest in Wild & Edible. Some of them have signed up for my wild food walks and are taking my courses on how to forage.

Thanks, Jenne 🙂 I never knew about this sort of business until I came across the article I based my story on. I think I would enjoy those walks too.

Dear Adele,
Sounds quite interesting. Reminiscent of Euell Gibbons. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Euell_Gibbons Nicely done.

Dear Rochelle,
It doesn’t, doesn’t it? I read Euell Gibbon’s biography. I like that he was an advocate of nutritious but neglected plan and the idea of the wild parties where guests were served dishes prepared from plants gathered in the wild. Thanks for sharing the link and I’m happy that you liked my post 🙂
