She’s my friendly enemy. She has a way of acting gracious whenever she invites me to one of her soirees but at the same time, making me feel unwelcome. What have I done to this woman, I often ask myself but am clueless. Was it to do with culture or race? Or do I just rub her the wrong way? Sometimes you don’t have to do anything for someone to dislike you. Well, I’m not going to obsess over this anymore. I escape to the terrace. Her fiancé, Hiresh joins me.

Dear Adele,
Oh I think I have an idea why she doesn’t like her. 😉 That last line tells me it has nothing to do with race or culture but everything to do with Hiresh. Nicely done.

Probably the last soiree she’ll be invited to! Excellent.

Nicely written an age old puzzle. Why? Yet the obvious is apparent to everyone else.😅
