Vivaan took me by the hand and led me over to the looking-glass. “What do you see?” he asked.
Reluctantly, I raised my head and stared at my reflection. “I see an ugly dark skinned woman.”

We definitely do fail to see what others see. I’ve been hosting a first sentence prompt for a while now and ran across this prompt so I joined in with my own 64 words.
